Our commitment to a website usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or assistive technology.
What's Implemented Today
Keyboard Navigation
A "skip to content" link, and a mobile menu fully operable by keyboard, including the Escape key.
Screen Reader Support
Descriptive labels on interactive elements like the menu button and chat widget.
Semantic Page Structure
Headings, landmarks, and labeled sections that support screen reader navigation.
Descriptive Labels
Meaningful alt text on images and clear labels throughout the site.
Color Contrast
Color combinations chosen with readability and contrast in mind throughout the site.
Mobile Navigation
A mobile menu that opens, closes, and navigates cleanly by keyboard or touch.
An Ongoing Commitment, Not a Certification
We want to be direct about this: we have not completed a formal, independent accessibility audit against a standard like WCAG 2.1, and we are not claiming full compliance. Accessibility is something we continue to build into the site as it grows, rather than a box we've checked once and moved on from.
French-Language Access
The site is currently available in English only. Bilingual access is something we're evaluating for a future phase of the site, rather than a feature we can commit to a timeline for today.
